The Citizens Theatre have a rich history dating back to when the building first opened in 1878. But they’re always looking forward as one of Scotland’s flagship producing theatres.

Registration & Keynote

You are welcome to start registering at the event from 09:30am and registration continues all day for arrivals.  

There will be refreshments and lunch provided before the Keynote Speakers’ Session in the afternoon.

Glasgow City Chambers

Glasgow's Lord Provost, The Glasgow School of Art and Cumulus hosting committee will be welcoming you to Glasgow with a formal reception on the evening of Tuesday 8th June at 7pm.

Please join us at the magnificent 19th century City Chambers, overlooking George Square for the formal welcome to Cumulus Glasgow 2027.

The Technology and Innovation Centre - University of strathclyde

This state of the art facility will host almost all of the academic delivery from Wednesday 9th to Friday 11th June.

The University of Strathclyde’s Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC) is located on George Street, in the heart of Glasgow.  

The Reid Lecture Theatre - The Glasgow School of Art

 It will host the Cumulus General Assembly on Thursday afternoon 10th June 2027.

The Reid Lecture Theatre is located in The Glasgow School of Art’s Reid Building on Renfrew Street.

A taste of Scotland will be presented to you, with our three course dinner delivered to your table.  

Wilde Thyme has produced an incredible menu of locally sourced Scottish ingredients for your enjoyment accompanied with paired wines and traditional Scottish Whisky with your dessert. 

Gala dinner

After dinner you will hear traditional Scottish music from a very popular band - Drams Ceilidh Band.  

Within the lineup consisting of Border Pipes/Whistle, Fiddle, Guitar and Drums, the Drams Ceilidh Band are well-renowned for their unique take on Scottish Music, and their demand has seen them perform at over 1000 ceilidhs around the world since 2015.

In true Scottish style, it wouldn't be a good party without a bit of dancing.  So to finish off the evening, we have a fantastic local band - The Shiverin' Sheiks - to get you all on the dance floor with their distinctive brand of rock n’ roll.
